blender@mash je banana tu dlm bowl...
pastu heat kan dlm microwave 25second
leh juga letak breastmilk @ air masak utk cairkan

khasiatnye:

Vitamins: A, C, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Selenium, Magnesium, Calcium

senang je kan...
